We have partnered with a growing reinforcement steel detailing and scheduling business who are looking to appoint a Scheduling Manager to lead their scheduling function during an exciting phase of growth. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced scheduling professional to step into a leadership role with strong career progression prospects.

WHAT YOU GET

- Lead a team responsible for delivering reinforcement steel schedules across diverse commercial and infrastructure projects
- Join a collaborative and high-energy office environment in the CBD close to the train station
- Be a key contributor to business improvement and scaling initiatives
- Work closely with Directors and senior stakeholders who value innovation and continuous improvement
- Secure a competitive salary package up to $150,000 with bonuses
- Minimal site work – this is predominantly an office-based leadership role
- Reinforcement steel detailing and scheduling for major builders across Victoria
- Large-scale commercial and mixed-use developments
- Civil and infrastructure projects requiring complex reinforcement solutions
- Project values ranging across multi-million dollar contracts
- Lead and mentor the scheduling and detailing team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of project schedules
- Oversee workflows, manage workload allocation, and drive process improvement
- Liaise with clients and builders to confirm project requirements and timelines
- Review schedules to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
- Support integration of new systems and tools to enhance efficiency and output
- Collaborate closely with the offshore delivery team
- Previous experience as a Senior Scheduler, Scheduling Manager, or experienced Reinforcement Detailer
- Strong technical capability in reinforcement/rebar scheduling and detailing
- Background in businesses with in-house scheduling
- Confident leading a team through growth and operational change
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Organised, detail-oriented and motivated to shape and improve processes
