We’re seeking a client-side Project Manager to deliver a diverse mix of industrial, commercial, and retail developments across Melbourne. This role offers the chance to work on active projects as well as early-stage planning and advisory phases, all within a strong and growing project pipeline.

PROJECTS - Commercial office towers and workplace environments
- Industrial and logistics estates
- Large-scale retail, mixed-use, and urban regeneration precincts
- Premium residential, build-to-rent, and integrated lifestyle projects
- Projects for private developers, institutional clients, and government agencies
- Project values typically ranging from $20M to $100M+
THE ROLE - Manage projects from feasibility and design through approvals, procurement, and delivery
- Lead and coordinate consultant teams and engage with councils and authorities
- Oversee design and documentation to meet client objectives
- Manage tendering, contractor appointments, and contracts
- Monitor program, cost, quality, and risk to ensure smooth delivery
- Facilitate meetings and provide clear, strategic project reporting
- Proactively identify risks and value-add opportunities
- Ensure compliance with planning and regulatory requirements
YOU - Tertiary qualifications in Construction, Property, Project Management or related field
- 5 years + experience in consultancy-side project management role
- Strong understanding of design, planning approvals and construction delivery
- Skilled at leading consultant teams and managing diverse stakeholders
- Ability to handle multiple projects and juggle competing priorities
- Commercially astute with strong cost, program and risk management skills
- Confident communicator and relationship builder who can influence and guide clients
